Tell us what happened

Pick the route that matches the problem on GoMeet1v1. Anything urgent about a person you met belongs in the in-app report — it reaches the safety team with the conversation attached, which an email cannot do.

What can we help with?

Fastest route

Report someone

Use the report control inside the app, during or right after the call. It sends us the conversation itself, which is what makes a report actionable.

Account or sign-in

Locked out, want your account deleted, or need to change your details. Tell us the identifier you signed up with.

Coins and payments

A charge you do not recognise, coins that did not arrive, or a receipt you need. Include the date and amount.

Privacy requests

A copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. We act on these as described in the Privacy Policy.

Something is broken

Camera or microphone will not start, a page will not load, a call keeps dropping. Tell us your device and browser and we can usually reproduce it.

Everything else

Partnerships, press, or a question that does not fit any of the above.

How to reach us

The GoMeet1v1 support address goes live together with the domain, and appears here the moment it does. Until then, use the report control inside the app: it reaches the safety team directly and carries the conversation with it.

Whatever the topic, include what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and roughly when. A message with those three things is usually answered on the first reply instead of the third.

What we cannot do

Worth saying up front, so nobody waits a week for an answer that was never coming:

  • We cannot tell you anything about another user — not their real name, their location, their other accounts, or whether they were removed. That protects you as much as them.
  • We cannot put you back in touch with someone you blocked, or with someone who blocked you.
  • We cannot act on a report that has no detail in it. "He was rude" is not something anyone can check; what was said, and roughly when, is.
  • We cannot refund coins that have already been spent, except where the law where you live says otherwise. Charges you do not recognise are a different matter — send those and we will look.

Before you write

Some answers are already written down: the Safety Center covers blocking, reporting and scams, the Community Guidelines explain what gets an account removed, and the Privacy Policy covers data questions.
