Community Guidelines
Eight rules. All of them are about the other person.
GoMeet1v1 puts two people in one conversation, with nobody else watching. That only works when both of them can count on the same rules. These apply to every call, every message, and every profile on the platform.
Consent is the whole rule
Ask before you steer a conversation somewhere personal, and take the first no as the answer. Someone leaving a call is a complete sentence — following them with requests, insults, or new accounts is harassment.
You must be at least 18 years old
Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 are removed. If you believe you are talking to a minor, end the call and report it immediately — do not try to handle it yourself.
Keep it legal, on both sides of the camera
Nothing involving minors, non-consensual acts, violence, weapons, drugs, or the sale of either. Content that depicts a minor in an exploitative way in any form is reported to the authorities and the account is removed permanently, with no appeal.
No recording or resharing another person
Do not record, screenshot, stream, or reshare someone you meet here without their explicit agreement. Threatening to publish a recording is blackmail and is treated as such.
Be a person, not a funnel
No advertising, no recruiting, no links to another service, no crypto or investment pitches, no "message me on another app" scripts within seconds of connecting.
Do not impersonate anyone
Use your own face and your own name. Pre-recorded video played into a call, borrowed photos, and pretending to be somebody else all break this rule.
Hate is not an opinion
Slurs and abuse aimed at someone for their race, nationality, religion, disability, gender, or who they love get an account removed. So does encouraging anybody to hurt themselves.
Report instead of retaliating
If someone breaks these rules, block and report them. Chasing them back through new calls only makes it harder for us to see who did what.
What happens when a rule is broken
It depends on what was done. On GoMeet1v1 a first, minor incident is usually a warning. Repeated behaviour, or anything targeting a specific person, removes access to the feature involved or ends the account. Illegal content ends the account immediately and is reported to the appropriate authorities — there is no warning step and no appeal for that category.
Reports are read by people, and a specific report is far more useful than a general one. Tell us what was said or shown and roughly when, and we can act on it.
